材料
- 4鶏もも肉、皮付き、骨付き
- 4-6肉厚な豚肉ソーセージ
- 500 グラムかぼちゃまたはスクワッシュ、くし形切り
- 2赤玉ねぎ、くし形切り
- 1タイムの小枝数本、または乾燥タイム小さじ1
- 2 大さじオリーブオイル
- 50 ミリリットル赤ワイン fl oz
- 1 大さじメープルシロップ
- 1 小さじ赤ワインビネガー
- 1小さじ½杯のチリフレーク（お好みで）
- 200 グラムマッシュルーム（半分に切った）
- 1塩と挽きたての黒胡椒
- 1飾り用（お好みで）の刻みパセリ
作り方
オーブンを220℃（ファン200℃、ガス7）に予熱してください。
鶏もも肉（皮目を上にして）、ソーセージ、かぼちゃ、赤玉ねぎをロースト用の天板に並べ、塩コショウで味を調えます。タイムを振りかけ、オイル大さじ1を回しかけます。
赤ワイン100mlと水を混ぜて注ぎ入れます。30分間ローストします。調理の途中でソーセージを裏返して、焼き色をつけます。
メープルシロップと赤ワインビネガーを混ぜ合わせ、ローストパンにかけます。お好みでチリフレークを振りかけます。マッシュルームを加え、さらに大さじ1杯のオイルをかけます。
さらに25〜30分、または火が通り、よく焼き色がつくまでローストします。フライパンに残った肉汁をかけ、あればパセリを散らして提供します。
