Pizza Margherita - in 30 minutes✅Ingredients (for 1 pizza)Test— 250 g (store-bought or homemade)San Marzano tomatoes— 4 tbsp (mash with a fork)Fresh mozzarella— 150 g (torn by hand)Fresh basil— 6–8 leavesOlive oil— 1 tbsp.Salt— a pinch🚫 No garlic, oregano, sugar - only 4 ingredients + basil.🔪How to makePreheat the oven to the maximum(250–270°C).If you have a stone/pan, put it inside for 30 minutes.Roll out the doughthin (up to 30 cm) - edges are slightly thicker.Place on a baking sheet or parchment paper.Distribute the tomatoes evenly— no more than 4 tbsp.Lay out the mozzarella pieces— do not overload.Drizzle with olive oil, salt it.Bake 8–12 min, until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling.Immediately after taking it out of the oven— lay out the basil.✅ Done. Serve hot.💡Secret: Basil —only after baking. Otherwise it turns black.🍕Taste: fresh, simple, incredibly aromatic.This is not pizza - it's Italy on dough.

Carbonara Pasta - in 15 minutes✅Ingredients (for 2 servings)Pasta (spaghetti or rigatoni)— 200 gPancetta or guanciale— 100 g (diced)Eggs— 2 whole eggs + 1 yolkParmesan— 50 g (grated)Black pepper— freshly ground, generouslySalt— for water🚫No cream, garlic, onion - only the truth.🔪How to cookBoil the pastain heavily salted water for 1-2 minutes less than indicated on the package.Fry the pancettaover medium heat for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat.In a bowl, whisk together eggs + yolk + parmesan + pepper— until a homogeneous mass.Drain the pasta, butdo not rinse!Quickly toss hot pasta with pancetta— heat will melt the fat.Take it off the heat!Pour in the egg and cheese mixture, stirring quickly to prevent the eggs from scrambling.If it's a bit dry, add 1-2 tbsp of pasta water.✅ Done. Serve immediately.Sprinkle with more Parmesan and pepper.
