🛒 Ingredients 200 g feta cheese, 250 g cherry tomatoes (or regular tomatoes), 2–3 garlic cloves, Olive oil, Pasta (penne / fusilli / spaghetti) — 250 g, Salt, pepper. Optional: spinach basil chili flakes lemon zest
Directions
🍳 Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)
In a baking dish, add:
tomatoes
garlic
place feta on top
Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper
Bake for 20–25 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta becomes soft
Meanwhile, cook the pasta
Remove the dish and mash the feta with the tomatoes — it becomes a creamy sauce
Add the pasta and mix well
Top with basil or spinach
