✅Ingredients (for 4 servings) Pork or beef (boneless) - 600 g Onions - 2 pcs. Potatoes - 3-4 pcs. (optional, often added in homemade versions) Mayonnaise - 150 g Hard cheese - 150 g (grated) Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. (for greasing the mold) 🔪 Preparation Meat. Cut the meat into portioned pieces about 1–1.5 cm thick. Lightly pound with a mallet. Salt and pepper. Onion and potato. Slice the onion into half-rings. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes (if using). Assembly. Grease the mold with oil. Place potatoes on the bottom (optional). Place pieces of meat on top. Distribute onions over the meat. Mayonnaise. Spread mayonnaise on the surface. Cheese. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Baking. Bake in the oven at 180–190 °C for about 40–50 minutes, until the meat is tender and the cheese is golden. ✅ Serve. Serve hot. Can be garnished with fresh herbs.
